Substitutions/Additions made by Cooking After Class for Cheeseburger Baked Potato:
- I didn’t use mayonnaise (but Xander did and liked it)
- substituted leftover crumbled meatloaf for ground beef
- used shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- added some extra cheese sauce from a mac and cheese recipe I made earlier in the week
Tips from Cooking After Class for making Cheeseburger Baked Potato:
- Bake potatoes in an air fryer for a nice, crisp crust. I spray them with avocado oil and sprinkle all sides with a little sea salt and garlic powder. Put them in the air fryer at 400 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
