Cheeseburger Baked Potato

Cheeseburger Baked Potato
I added this Cheeseburger Baked Potato recipe to our menu because we had leftovers that needed to be eaten. I wanted to clean the fridge without just serving leftovers. This recipe was the answer! I used up all my leftover meatloaf and some cheese sauce while making a new meal. My leftovers were disguised 🥸

Substitutions/Additions made by Cooking After Class for Cheeseburger Baked Potato:

  • I didn’t use mayonnaise (but Xander did and liked it)
  • substituted leftover crumbled meatloaf for ground beef
  • used shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • added some extra cheese sauce from a mac and cheese recipe I made earlier in the week

Tips from Cooking After Class for making Cheeseburger Baked Potato:

  • Bake potatoes in an air fryer for a nice, crisp crust. I spray them with avocado oil and sprinkle all sides with a little sea salt and garlic powder. Put them in the air fryer at 400 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
