Fish Tacos with Avocado Crema

These Fish Tacos are one of our favorites! They are so easy to make and this healthy meal is ready to serve in less than 20 minutes. The crema sauce will last for several days in the fridge so you can enjoy it with any leftovers you may have. We typically eat these tacos in corn tortillas but you could also serve them in a lettuce wrap. So yummy!

Substitutions/Additions made by Cooking After Class for Fish Tacos with Avocado Crema:

  • I baked in an air fryer instead of the oven
  • I use half the avocado in the cream sauce and the other half chopped and layered on the tacos

Tips from Cooking After Class for making Fish Tacos with Avocado Crema:

  • Place the avocado crema sauce in a ziploc bag and snip the corner to easily squeeze the sauce over the top of your tacos.
  • The spice mix makes a lot. I keep the extra in a little bag so each time I make these tacos, I just pull out my premade spice mix.
  • These “taco accessories” are not required, but they certainly are helpful if you’re a serious fan of tacos. Making tacos (and keeping them pretty) is super easy with these taco holders. This tortilla warmer is a must have! You’ll wonder how you ever made it through Taco Tuesday without it.
