Bacon and Egg Spaghetti

Bacon and Egg Spaghetti
In our house, this Bacon and Egg Spaghetti is also known as Magazine Pasta. This meal was pictured on the cover of a Food Network magazine I received. Kenxie saw the picture and begged me to make it. Since then, it has been a regularly requested meal in our house. Easy and delicious…can’t beat that!

Substitutions/Additions made by Cooking After Class for Bacon and Egg Spaghetti:

  • Instead of 6 slices of bacon, I add a pound of bacon. You can’t go wrong with more bacon!
  • I drain about half of the bacon grease before adding the pasta.
  • Some of the time, I sprinkle the top with dried chives when I don’t have any fresh chives on hand.

Tips from Cooking After Class for making Bacon and Egg Spaghetti:

  • Don’t overcook the eggs. Make sure they are runny since the yolks become the sauce. So yummy!
