Today’s recipe is a special one! Harper is a student in my 3rd grade class. We made a deal…she’d try one of my recipes, I’d try one of hers 🙂 She made and enjoyed my Chickpea Soup so…I’m excited to share Harper’s Trail Mix with you.

I followed Harper’s recommendation and used peanuts as the nuts to be added to the recipe. Her recipe was well written and gave me all of the information I needed to make this delicious trail mix.

Once the trail mix was finished, I put into one of my OXO Pop containers. My pantry is stocked with these containers. So convenient to use and love that you can see easily see the contents.
Before I was able to get the container into the pantry, Xander came into the kitchen and helped himself to a few handfuls. He liked it just as much as I did. Thanks for sharing this yummy trail mix recipe, Harper!
